Dr Marija Vaskeviciute

Marija Vaskeviciute is a Research Associate in MVLS at the University of Glasgow working in optical vascular imaging and sensing. They develop experimental and computational methods for microvascular blood flow and tissue perfusion assessment, with a focus on laser speckle-based sensing. Their work combines model-based data analysis, optical sensing and imaging techniques, and statistical methods to extract clinically relevant information from complex signals. Marija’s current work includes blood pressure estimation and development of speckle technologies for arterial disease assessment.
